NOTICE OF CLARIFICATION
By now, many of you have heard via the news and by communication from Fort Hood that COLONIAL REAL ESTATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, SALES AND INVESTMENT, INC has been black listed by Fort Hood. This notice is to assure you that our company, Colonial Residential Properties, Inc. is in good standing with Fort Hood and we are in no way associated with the COLONIAL REAL ESTATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, SALES AND INVESTMENT, INC. company that has been placed on the black list.
Obviously, the name association is of major concern to us and we want you to feel comfortable that your association is with a highly reputable company. We encourage you to verify this statement by contacting the Housing Department of Fort Hood, the Killeen Daily Herald, or the Better Business Bureau. Further verification is provided in the attachments from Major General William F. Grimsley and a news article from the Killeen Daily Herald.
